How do I use reputation?

I've heard of downrepping and uprepping, and I've seen reputation, so my question is...
How do I do it? How do I uprep or downrep? Somebody please help!

Click the mushroom icon to uprep a post. If you want to downrep someone for a post they've made, click the poison mushroom icon. You can leave a reply with each uprep/downrep. To view them just click "view comments" on the user's profile.

Tecnically you only have more than 15 Posts. You need at least 100 Posts in order to use the Reputation Function.

Oh! Thanks! Also, I saw the "Reputation Mod" post but didn't click it, because I thought it meant a moderator that did stuff with reputation. But you guys have explained it to me, and I thank you so much! You guys are so nice to me!
