Hey everyone, I'm actually posting a few of my older levels now, because I'm still formulating an idea for one of my newer levels. This one was made for my cancelled project, Super Mario: Shadow Epidemic, which might make a return soon.
It sort of could be called "Generic SMB3 Level," a successor to "Generic SMB2 Level," if you wanted. The goal of this level was to show that linear levels without custom graphics or any gimmicks can still be high quality, whatever the community may say. It's also pretty hard, for a woodlands level.

Level Review: Wooden Blockland

Summary: Hmm... I'd say this is a good level. If I had to guess, I'd say it's one of your first. Let's move on to the NPC placement. I'd say it's pretty nice. It's not the best, but it's good. Moving on the the block placement. It's pretty good. It looks like your regular level 1-1 or something similar. Pretty awesome! Next up, the music. It's the old Mario music! What more can I say?! It's awesome! Next up, the item placement. I'd say it's just right. I think that's a wrap for this review. It's a rather short level, and I don't really have anything else to say.

Hang on, why did you give it a 5 if you had no major problems with it? Also, I didn't think it was that short, but whatever you say here is probably right, I'm not a big fan of long levels.
