Help with CCleaner?

I ran CCleaner like normal, and something caught my eye. I was deleting a file named "block-381.gif" and I instantly realized it was deleting either SMBX files or custom graphics, neither of which I wanted it to delete! Has anybody else had this problem, and how do I work around it?

That's pretty strange, I've never seen CCleaner mess with ANY files like that. You might want to check your settings, and if you have a legitimate copy of CCleaner since it's not supposed to touch any personal stuff in the first place.
