Season changing forums.

Use custom gfx in the forums to make it look like the forums changed.

The current theme of the forum is in line with the rest of the site, it wouldn't make sense to have the forum look different than the rest of SMBX.org and it would be impractical to change the rest of the site for the simple reason of seasonal themes.
