LunaDLL doesn't work

So everytime i try to use the LunaDLL smbx (downloaded from the thread on this forum) i get an error

Error wrote:The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application

can someone help me?

It's not that, i tried but it says i have a newer version
