Well, I was looking for tilesets for various pointless reasons and a stumbled upon this. I asked Valtteri if he wanted to do it for no reason and this was the answer:

So I decided to get off my lazy ass and do this tiny little rip from a small screen containing it:

There are a couple unused things in SMW in general that I like to see be brought out. This being one of them, and I like it a lot. This BG piece will be used a bunch of times for sure.
