Okay, no offense, but you really need to improve your grammar.
Otherwise, this looks fine. I don't really like his facial expression, though. Did you deliberately make him sad?

Well, it could certainly use some improvement. Try taking tutorials on the internet, that helps

C'mon guys, I know his grammar isn't the best, but he certainly tries to fit here.
First off, what you've just drawn isn't Anime, not just that, Anime can't be drawn that easily, despite the quality of your drawings. Second, I'd suggest you to keep in mind your priorities. When drawing "Manga", yeah, that's what it's actually called, you should try drawing with a pencil, followed by being passed to ink. That's the real and more favouring way of drawing manga. After that you can either scan it or take a photo and upload it here.
I know this is too much just to show a simple drawing, I'm just suggesting you a way of making better drawings.
