Mechanical Desert

YO
IM ACTUALLY ASKING FOR SOMETHING HOLY SHIT
Moving on. So basically, what I want is exactly what the title says - and I mean a background and everything. For reference, I want it to look similar to the intro level of Mega Man Zero 2. Here's some images because important shit.
What I want from this is:
- SMB3 Styled
The sand looking more like sand
Background is during the day
I understand that this is a pretty damn big request, so I won't be surprised if it never happens. Would be cool if it did happen tho.

I'm actually gonna give this one a try. It'll be a nice challenge, even more since it will be my very first custom background. Coz of course, it HAS to be custom, otherwise it would look like shit.

That's brilliant. I'd be fine if you just did some BGOs and the background and leave the tileset as is. Thanks again lad.

About the background, it's a lot more difficult than I thought. Wouldn't be fine to use a desert background without pyramids?

Some dead bushes and trees (trees as in the first screen) as BGOs would be nice, but other than that it's great.

Here it is. I had to remove the gate thingy because none of the doors had a transparent option other than the SMW one, and I didn't like it. Blame Redigit for that.

Damn, that is sexy. I think it'd go well with several other factory or mechanical tilesets, and so it'd be fun to mix and match.
