I hope you don't mind if I take some graphics.
Visual Appeal
If you didn't get my hint from above, I liked how this level looked. A lot. The tileset goes great with the autumn attempted feel, as does all the BGOs. Speaking of BGOs, wasn't using the SMB2 vines as scenery starting to get old for the majority of people? They don't really go well with anything else in the level to say the least. The falling log NPCs replacing the normal donut block also don't look very decent, and it's all because of the shading. It kind of looks like pillowshading. I loved how you had the massive and the small tree stumps as they play along very well in the level, although I don't think they fit very well with the SMB3 recolored SMW woods, but that's just nitpick right there. I complained too much. This level looks great as it is just pure eyecandy on every viewable segment.

Design
I say you got an apple orchard during falltime down pretty well in atmospherical aspects, as the apples (or SMB3 recolored SMW Berries) do show that as well as the general color palette of the level, being bright levels of orange. The level's design quality stays pretty strong right up to the moving platforms. I'm sorry, but I didn't like this part. Some are moving (and because of the moving layers, I died, but that's not your fault, it's the game's fault) while others are so close together I have a risk of falling off them. At least you had the decency to put the falling logs replacing the regular donut block instead of the red one. Scenery was aplenty and you used it all very well (minus the vines of course). Npc placement was great, but I felt that there could be a few more question blocks placed around besides just those for power-ups.
I do have one nitpicky screen though, and it has a couple things I pointed out.

Notice how you're missing a vine there, and the Axe is pointing the wrong way? You forgot to make the axe facing both sides, as well as place a vine there.
Other than that, no real complains design-wise!

Gameplay
Gameplay was great for most of the level. During the platform area, enjoyment fell for me. I just didn't like that section of the level and I would have been completely fine with you staying loyal to the rest of the level theme by making it snaking around an apple tree orchard, because those parts of the level were all fun and overall very enjoyable. If the player made a mistake, there was a power-up just in time to help them feel almost completely defenseless. The axe is also a good addition to the autumn atmosphere.

Music
Man, I
loved the music of this level. It was slow paced, very nice to the ears, and it also added an almost mysterious feel to the level. I really hope people use more music in this general quality because it sounds better to the ears than some SNES tunes in my honest opinion.
10/10
Nice design, decent gameplay, very memorable music.
8.5/10, but rounding down to 8/10
Moved to Pretty Good.
