Checkpoints and Springs

Are levels able to contain more than 1 checkpoint? If so would you restart the level at the last checkpoint you passed or the first one you passed?
Also is it not possible to have a ? Block, or any Block, hold a Springboard inside it. I have checked in the Blocks tab, scrolling through everything that can be put into a Block but I did not find a Springboard, unless Did I miss it?

You can put 2 checkpoints in a level, but the way you can do it is buggy.
Also springboards can't be put in a block.

You can't have more than one Checkpoint. Unless you use SMW Stars. When a SMW Star is collected, it dies and it will remain dead when the level restarts so you can make a warp to the midpoint appear on its death. And you could hide the Springboard in a layer and make it appear when the block below it is hit.

I'd like to mention that yes, the SMW star does count as a star on the star counter. Keep that in mind if your episode uses stars.

While you can't put a Springboard through SMBX in a Block, you can put a Springboard in Blocks, using Wohlstand's editor.
