Level Sections intercross, v.2

Postby Wohlstand » Wed Jul 16, 2014 1:47 pm

I think, you forgot about my old topic:
http://www.supermariobrosx.org/forums/v ... =35&t=1214

In them I gave proof for: "All sections are placed in the united space".

But I never made tests of the intercross of sections.

For made this test I made a dummy level with two crossed sections:

Here is a intercross of two sections:

Here you can get this level:

And my video about this test:

I see this as being useful with super advance editing. It could be used to change the music repeatedly. I suppose it could be used to make a super huge level as well, although I'm not too much of a fan of that. It seems like LunaDLL could take advantage of this.

Good idea for using crossed sections :D .
First step - know the default coordinated of each section and you can resize second section into the first.
Or better: you can edit LVL-file and set to ALL sections to equal values of Left-Right-Top-Bottom [use the Notepad and LVL-File specification], and all sections will placed in the same placement :)
