Does anybody know who made this background?

Is this the background from Sick Astros Cosmos in CC7? If that's the case, I'll just take a guess and say that Ignoritus made it.

Yes, it is, but Ignoritus didn't make it, I PMed him and he told me Wind used it on one of his levels, and so Ignoritus took it and used it. I PMed Wind asking for the author's identity a couple of days ago. He read the PM, but he didn't answer, so I'm depending on the userbase for this.

Is Wind on other forums as well? If he hasn't replied then it could be a sign he doesn't know, or that it was made by someone on a site like MFGG that he forgot about.

It's the Doomsday Zone background from Sonic and Knuckles.
