I got the first Level at the starting point and the only exit is right, and for that you need the SMB3 Standard exit. But at the start of the game, the second level is already unlocked. Why?

The Download link for the map is there, I don't think the levels are necessary to upload, but if they're needed, I can upload them, too.

Check the second level closely. Is it set to "Always Visible"? If that's the case, then it'll show up regardless of what levels have been completed that connect to it.

When you select the start game level, all paths going away from it are already unlocked. You can work around that by using the "Start" level and making a path from there moving to the first level.
