No opening statements this time; I'm going straight to my review
Wow, this is actually a pretty good level! However, there are a few odd design choices here. For starters, you sprite-swapped a Boom-Boom to make it look like a giant Goomba, but then you gave it jumphurt=1. I'm going to tell you something that all Mario fans should know: GOOMBAS SHOULD NOT HAVE JUMPHURT=1. Don't even try to argue with me by saying "oh, but this one's wearing a crown." If you want a Goomba to have jumphurt=1, you need to give it a spiked helmet or something similar. Plus, the mini-boss was pretty boring since it's a Boom-Boom sprite swap that I can't jump on, meaning I have to wait for bombs to be generated before I can attack it. Something else I noticed (but only by browsing the level in the editor) is that you have a Yoshi generator set to 60 seconds, which just baffles me; it's not like anyone will wait that long for a Yoshi, even if he/she knew it was there and knew how long to wait. Also, since the fifth dragon coin is off-screen, it won't spawn, even when its layer begins to move, and, therefore, it is impossible to get.
In conclusion:
Despite this level's minor flaws, I enjoyed it. I'd say this level deserves a 6/10.
P.S. What were you trying to warn the player about when you said that the water "contains harmful chemicals"?
