Peach's face reminds me of Cryotic's sprite. Maybe you could try to increase peach's height so the face looks more normal. Other than that I really like what you did here. We certainly need more picture-like graphics.

This picture looks like it would be nice for a picture in a Peach's castle level. It looks like it would fit best in a SM64 styled episode or at least a SM64 styled level.
