Is there a pokey NPC in level editor?

I looked through SMW's NPCs and I can't find a pokey. Is there a pokey NPC?

Look in SMB2.

There is a Pokey NPC for you to grab one. If you go to SMB2 inside NPC, you can see a green cacti face somewhere. That is the Pokey NPC for you.

You can use custom graphics to make the pokey look like a smw one there even is one also in the graphic pack.
