Upside-Down Spinies & Buzzy Beetle

I need upside-down spinies and buzzy beetles
They have to walk on the ceiling and when you get near them, they must drop and spin along the ground to attack.

Well, If you flip a spiny's graphics, use some npc codes and put it over somthing you're not using (like a shyguy), then attach some invisible axe triggers, and have them show a right-side-up spiny and hide the upside-down one... In short, you've got a LOT of events to make.

Litchh did something similar with a spike top to spiny and it showed a projectile shell generator which was hidden, but
1. I have no idea how he did it
2. The graphics aren't for use
3. It would take a lot of events
