The smallest length of a level's section is 25x25 blocks.
Is there any form to do a smaller section? It must take up the entire screen when playing

No, it isn't possible.

Well, if you want to make a bonus room or something you can always do it like this

Smallest section is 25x18.75 blocks.
You can make a section smaller though. I don't remember how, but me and GreenNekoHaunt once made a 3x3 block sized section. The window was still 800x600, but movement ouside of that box wasn't possible.

GLuigiX How can I do Level Wrap in a bonus room like the one you did?

Well, you can't use the Level Wrap option, but you could try using insta warps on the sides where the screen goes "off"

Edit2: the only problem would be that this wont affect npcs whatsoever... :/
