Custom NPCs glitching up.

Hello, I have problems with custom NPCs. Such as...
[*]The other side isn't showing. (ex. Bandit.)
[*]Randomly does an animation. (ex. Nokobon.)
[*]Randomly glitches up. (ex. Toady)
[*]Top and Bottom switch places. (ex. Morton Koopa)
[*]Just won't show up at all. (ex. Chain Chomp)
Is there a way to fix this glitch up?
