(Yes, I said musics, not music)
Hi people. I noticed that there is practically no music here, or at least none that I can see (or smell, for that matter). So I decided I would post some remixes of video game Super Mario Songs EPICFIED (I invented a word!), a little album I was making for fun. Anyways, hope you enjoy!
SMB1 Underground (Definitely NOT My Best SM64 Water SMB1 Overworld (Now Improved!) SMW Overworld (Best IMO)
It's all on soundcloud, right here!
If you have any suggestions for ones I should do, tell me!

I think some of it uses samplers, but most of it is soft synths. And thanks for the reply!

They should be a little more upbeat. The SMB1 music overworld doesn't sound right.

Perhaps I should redo the melody. I did think it seemed a bit offbeat.

UPDATE: I made it better! Yay!

Too dark? Maybe it's off-key?
Yeah, too dark. It should sound happier.

Hey, what program do you use to make your music? Otherwise, these are pretty good. I really don't feel like getting into detail right now, though.

I use Logic Pro 9 (mac only). However, there are many other programs that should work just as well.

So I've been messing around with FamiTracker at bit and came up with this
science is fun
I chose the name because it somewhat reminds me of portal for some reason.
If you can find a good place to use this, by all means use it! I just ask that I get credit.

I tried to make a mashup and since I used two different versions of the same song it's not terrible: Mario Kart GBA+DS Sky Garden|Soundcloud
It's got loop points in it, so it will work great in PGE and SMBX 2.0.

Here's a very similar deal, but this time I did it with Waluigi Pinball/Wario Stadium, using the tracks from DS and 8. I tried doing some sort of weird stereo audio thing where the DS version is louder on one side than the other, and same thing with the 8 version.

Loop points and stuff included.

Edit: GAH WHY ARE THESE SO FUN TO MAKE

It's donut plains from SMK, Super Circuit, DS, and 8.

Could you try the two Twilight House MK or Baby Circuit MK themes?

I'll do the Baby Park themes later, but for now enjoy this high-quality rip of SM64DS's Metal Wario Theme.
here
Yes, this isn't original, but it is so grand that I thought you guys would want to hear it.

Can you please upload your music to a real website? Mediafire redirects you to shady ass sites after you finish downloading, and I really don't want to download your uncompressed waveforms. Soundcloud would be fine.

I was about to ask if you can make SMB3 remakes of certain songs:
Maybe a more Vivian-centric Shadow Sirens song from Paper Mario and the Thousand Year Door and Prince Peasley's Theme?

That's a good idea. I'll do that soon and replace all my links.
EDIT: Done. If any of them don't work let me know.

If I can find the SMAS soundfont and figure out loop points I might be able to do that. Unfortunately it seems like that's really hard to find, since I've looked for it before.

Short for Super Mario All-Stars, which was what the 16-bit SMB3 was part of. If you wanted an 8-bit SMB3 remix though I can do that slightly more easily.

I did a high quality rip of the trailer music from the new zelda. here
i literally spent like 30 seconds on it

That's a good idea. You should probably do that as well. Then again, I am pretty new to making Mario games so may need to figure out sprite making as well.
