why did u repeat a line 3 times in a row.

This happened to me too. Just repeated a word (the space) and got banned.

I'm not sure if there's a way to un-k-line you, but GhostHawk said he will probably set the repeating phrases from 3 to 5, to prevent accidental k-lines out of "over-excitement"
