Can you make the tangible area of blocks bigger?

If so, how? I'm guessing it has to do with using a .txt file, but I could be wrong.

You mean block codes that work similarly to NPC codes? They don't exist, but I think SkyBlueYoshi discovered a method of changing block size by opening them as .txt files and then modifying the dimensions. The original tutorial's gone though, but I reposted it somewhere on this forum. Here's the link, if you're interested.
