I like the look of this level. I'm guessing you got the tanks from NewerSMBW, and The Background really fits. I think the level was a bit bland, but I haven't played the level yet.
Other than that, you did a good job.

I do like how people are remaking some of NewerSMBW's levels. I played through it and it doesn't seem as hard as Newer's though, maybe add some more enemies and hazards? Also you can probably add some events so you have to like hit a switch to remove the Smog.
Also I did see some tiles that were needed for the level. I will keep that in mind when I update my GFX pack.

It was a pretty cool level, though it wasn't that hard.

Alright, time for a review
Music 6/10
The music was ok for a tank level, it really fit with the pace at which the player was traveling the level.
Level Design 5/10 Some parts of the level were bland and uninteresting. Some of the tanks were just squares with nothing on them. Like the area with the tank only shooting a puff of smoke. I understand it's a resting period but try not to make it longer than 5 seconds or it starts getting abit boring. And that area could atleast of received some elevation and more randomization to it. Instead of a flat square with wheels. That applies to most of the other tanks aswell.
Another thing that was a pet peeve for me was those randomly placed tank wheels. There was a tank wheel on a tank wheel for cryin out loud. Try not to do that next time.
Graphics 3/10
Te graphics didn't really look like something that would make up a tank. Looks more like a bonus room tile than a menacing tank raid. Those tiles were cut off in certain places and it felt as if you just abandoned them.
The Volcanic background fit with the tank invasion but it didn't fit in with the tank tiles IMO.
I do like the cannon balls small and large variations though.
Also the SMB1 Tile clashes ALOT with the tank tiles. My Rating
6/10
