Luna DLL help?

1. How exactly do I open it up? Or is it just an automatic thing?
2. Can I create low gravity using this?

I know this sounds awfully noobish of me, but... well, when you're new to something, you're bound to ask questions, right?

1. At the moment, it requires you to download a separate SMBX executable. This won't be necessary once we release SMBX 1.3.0.2.
2. Not sure.
