Koopalings Sprite help!

I have sprites but I don't know what NPC they should replace and I don't know how to make effects at all xD Please help!

Those srpites aren't for smbx, sadly.
however, I can resprite lemmy koopa and give u the sprite.
Im not sure about the others however.

Hey those are my koopaling sprites!(I completely forgot about them)
Though now that I think im finally gonna finish these,I think you should wait till there finished(Plus Im actually thinking of ripping them into smbx)
