As i couldn't find boss ai files, the same is for yoshi's files, and probablly they are already hardcoded into the itself, and this time, is way harder to work a way around due to its unique interactions with the player and enviroment. If someone has made a yoshi overhaul pack, would help a lot on developing my current project (i will give credit if i use it)

Well, there IS an NPC pack called the Extension Pack which adds three new yoshis. If you use it's behavior AI, maybe you could do what you are trying to do?
