Custom animated backgrounds in 38a

Is it possible to have a custom animated background in 38a? The waterfall is animated, but I can't seem to find the location of it in the files to see how its animated

it's possible. be in vanilla mode or scripted mode

How do you do it?
There's a simple script that allows you to create parallax with black screen SMB3-exit backgrounds, using triangular stripes and a black background. You can also use an animated BG and edit it with the BG Move script, which allows you to edit the background's motion, whether static or animated.
