Need a 'Shine Sprite' sprite

I need someone to make a Shine Sprite sprite to replace these two images:
I might need it for a future level, and so would anyone with a level that has a tropical, Super Mario Sunshine, or Super Mario 63-like theme. I basically just need a Shine Sprite to replace the star. Maybe you can add frames to make it spin or give off a sun-ray type of effect.
