First you gotta upload your file in a media hosting website (Mediafire, Mega, but its recommended to use Google Drive) then make sure the link is accsesible
and then copy it and when you go to edit there is a little button called URL click it and it will appear two URLS on them blocky parenthesis put the link inbetween the two and bam.
