Yoshi's Cosmic Star Story is a project heavily inspired by Super Mario and the Rainbow Stars that tries to be a fun 2D platformer combining some of the Yoshi series gameplay with 2D Mario. Find your way through 8 Chapters, with Mario & Luigi like Dialogue, and stop all of the evil plans that happen in this game! STORY(subject to change)
On one rainy night, just after the somewhat failed Cosmic Star Show, a small purple star somehow fell out of the sky, crash landing near Yoshi's Village, alerting almost everyone.
Everyone who woke up, came to investigate what was that thud and where did it come from, and they found out it was the Eternal Cosmic Star. The star wakes up, and questions how did he end up in yoshi's island, and you decide to help get the lil' star back to where it resides in.
Meanwhile... Bowser found a new trio of lackeys who are searching for the Star Shards...
Looking from the screenshots, it looks very bland (sorry if this is your first time making a episode) and vanill-ish. I could recommend trying custom assets and graphics if you want some suggestions. Also can you put support bar? (the image that lets you click on and lead to you the topic/thread

this is my first time making an episode, im working on the custom graphics, but ill go ahead and make the support bar.

Given the story and planned features, there are many promising things like playing as villains, the latter is interesting to me as it completely deviates from the gameplay of Mario or Luigi.

There will be more to the story, I’m aiming for an interesting plot that doesn’t feel cliched.

currently working on a different episode and other stuff. so, the progress has temporarily slowed down.

i had no intent of trying to make a post solely made to increase my rank, but yeah, ive been working on things.
