Revamped unused SMB3 cutscene Koopa

Just a random revamp, i don't have idea for an original GFX...
Thanks to Squishy Rex for let me find the old beta Koopa.

I think the pallete selection should of been closer to the original SMB3 Koopa sprite. The yellow is really bright.

Unused koopa? I think i know why it's unused, they didn't know what to use it for. (i don't even do)
