I just saw this post that had lift platforms from SMB1 in SMBX but it's the only one I could find and it's for an older version and I am using SMBX2, and I can't figure out how to make it in the newest editor and game version so I would appreciate your help.

The post you linked to is for SMBX38a, which is a completely different version of SMBX. Luckily, someone already made scale platforms, you can find it here.
