My problem with making episodes

How do i put this... Ive been making episodes for 3 months now and all of my work is discarded at the last minute or the time i get demotivated. I just don't get it why i lost all of my hard earned time and chance to make a episode to all then discard it and make another and then gets thrown in the trash and so on. Examples of these are: The Shinesprite Altar (my very first project meant for the public. Was a knockoff of SMATAS and ROTG) Bowser Raid ( a miserably failed attempt to make a TI2 spiritual sucessor like The Conquest) and many hub episodes i knocked out of the trash once i finished the first level. Can anybody help me on how to NOT demotivate myself and still making a sucsessful episode? i want to make a hub episode inspired by The Tower Of Biased series. Not only am i making this post for my sake of learning my lesson, i want this post to be helpful to others who fell in the same fate as me.

Make smaller episodes. Release things unfinished instead of cancelling them.
You can also make episodes by just making a bunch of levels and thinking about how to string them together much later.
It's okay to fall out of favor with ideas you had months or years ago and wanting to do something else.
