[NPC] Poof Generators - Instant NPC Generating!

Here's a simple custom generator npc that allows instant generating of NPCs without the need of them to be launched like a projectile!
Also including a few options to allow a poof effect to also be spawned or allowing generating regardless if something is in the way!
