Paper Mario: The NPC Pack

The NPCs have been moved back to the Devious NPC Pack.

Hey everyone, here's the second NPC pack I have released. It contains a bunch of enemies from the Paper Mario series.
Some of them are variants of existing NPCs and some are unique. Some NPCs were fairly easy to code, others were a nightmare.
My code is not perfect. There will probably be bugs and/or flaws.
I am currently working on adding all the NPCs from PM64 and PM:TTYD, then SPM, SS, CS and TOK.
Some NPCs have been made by other people, so I won't be adding those NPCs to my pack.
Bosses will come in a future update. Coding one boss is already complicated, so imagine coding 15+.
Anyway, enough talking. This is everything in the pack so far.
