30 years after Super Mario World, Mario's a washed-up celeb struggling with life.
He thought he finally defeated Bowser, but he's back after so long to finally get his revenge.
In the World 1 demo, play through 8 levels (plus some secret) and get a taste of the story to come.
What's planned for the project?
I'm planning a full storyline spanning across 4-5 worlds; featuring a thick forest, a reunion, a song, and a ghost.
(I'm working on this with my team.)

Fixed some mistakes, replaced the final boss, made it easier, and others- I forgot.
note: don't use any variation of the "supermario4" cheat. you get soft-locked. Same with multiplayer -- disable respawnRooms.lua if you want to use either of these.

Finally, an episode about Mario having an existential crisis. It looks pretty darn good so far! I think Mario's sprite is my favorite thing so far lol.

You're welcome! Since 1990, Bowser has returned several times (a subseries called New Super Mario Bros and various 3D games were made). I even suspect that Bowser Jr is Bowser's child with Princess Peach; they might need a DNA test for that.

this game's in an AU where after SMW, bowser's gone! that's it! but so was mario's money. he resorted to selling himself out (hence the washed-up celeb part) and only wants to make money off his glory days.
anyways then bowser comes back
