[NPC Pack] PlumberGraduate's NPCs v1.0.0 - Stalking Piranha Plants and NSMB Flippers

Hello everyone, here are some NPCs I made that I haven't seen anyone else do before. Though currently the pack contains only two NPCs, I'm probably going to be making more down the road. Hopefully some of the NPCs will make an interesting addition to some levels!
