I'm attempting to get buried any items like mushroom, vegetables on the floor on moondust editor and I cannot get. How to solve this problem?

do you mean using smb2 grass? go to smb2->npcs->veggies, select "grass (container)" and click the button below "contents of the current container" (on the right) to select an npc before placing it down inside the level.

This is similar to how you use the ?, Brick, and Turn Blocks, BTW.
