True SMB1 Playables (Version 2.0 - LUIGI UPDATE)

The costume project originally started for Mario, as a way to make a true SMB1 Mario that wasn't just SMB3 recolors, while also including some extra animations and touch ups to make the sprites more consistent with one another, as well as add extra flourish to the sprites. Once I finished with Mario, I realized I should do the same with Luigi, and here we are, True SMB1 Playables. Features include:

-Custom animations thanks to MrDoubleA's SMW Costume which was used as a base
-A unique sprite for going down pipes, like in SMB1 (thanks once again to MrDoubleA for that)
-All 7 default powerups included and tested(note that some sprites, especially with the tanooki suits, might look a little weird. Despite my best efforts, I'm not the best spriter)

Custom sprites were taken from Mario Fan Game Galaxy, mainly used sprites from the Mario and Luigi 5 Styles Sheet, the Massive Powerup Sheet from Anas Wael, and Linkstorm Z's Hammer Bro Powerup Sheet. Also want to give credit to MrDoubleA, who created the base costume that I used. Also credit to Nintendo for the original sprites seen in game.

Mario has been updated. Features some fixes to the gfx as well as an error in Small Mario's running animation

This version features Luigi! Featuring as much polish as I could with him
Mario also received a few touch ups in sprites as well as fixes in how the yoshi animations play

I have rebranded the SMB1-Mario thread to now say playables, thanks to the inclusion of Luigi! Also updated the original post to be a lot better looking on top of finally getting screenshots

Thanks for bringing this one here to my attention. Between all this awesome stuff released on the forum here you can easily miss a lot sometimes.
While my SMB1 like campagin is on hiatus right now, it will be useful later on.
