Pausing not work properly (SMBX 2.0.0 b4)

I create a new level and start the level.
When I press the escape key, the pause sound is played, but the testing menu only shows up about one frame and then disappear suddenly, and everything remains unpaused.
This happens almost every time when using a keyboard, but in rare cases it works properly.
When I use a Xinput controller, it works perfectly.

OK.
By mapping other keys to the pause key in the launcher, problem solved.
