Achievement Center for an Episode?

Looking through the Episodes that SMBX2 comes with once downloaded, I noticed that "SMBX2 Demo Stages" has an "Achievement Center" when in the launcher. Can I apply this to an episode of mine, too? And if so, how do I set up achievements exactly?
