Blinking Block Speed

So, I'm making my first level in SMBX. I wanted it to be centered around blinking blocks. I have one question. How do I increase their speed and make them like... instantaneous switching (For example, in SM3DW, there are faster versions of those blocks in Champion's Road)

So, how do I make them move faster for challenging parts of my level?

Go ahead and play around with it! The time signature is what affects the instantaneous switching. There is hover-text for all of them.
