[request] anchor links

I believe i got the name right. Anyways, anchor tags in html allow one to link to a specific point in a page. This would be useful in large posts such as tutorials or resource lists. The terraria forums have this but i am unsure if it comes down to forum software. Still, i feel it'd be very useful.
