I tried to use Izzi Rae's Hoot in SMW style. But, I realized how bad my first Hoot graphic looked bad. And then I used a better Hoot.

This is Hoot the Owl from SM64 in SMW-style.
This Gif shows that Mario is carrying Hoot like a propeller block, rather than grabbing on to him.
