Really? I'll look into it later.
i assume the author had no problems with the file, otherwise they wouldn't have uploaded it (i myself am also able to extract it just fine, it's likely that the issue is on the end of the person who downloaded it) - so it's a bit much to expect a notice like that to be put up ahead of time. it's sorta taken for granted that if anybody has an issue they can just inform the level author about it.
