how to move two or more layers at once?

so is there a way to make 2 layers move at once or maybe more?

make a separate event for each layer you want to move, and have them trigger each other in order with a delay of 0.

already figured it out although i don't thnk there's a way to stop them... still it might come in handy!

there is a way to stop them, just make another event that sets the speed of the layer to 0.

i know but i mean in the event trigger since they'll be busy rapidly triggering eachother i can't make it automatically to my knowledge...
