Amount of Levels

What's the good amount of levels in an episode.

How many levels do you consider to be enough for an episode?

For a Regular Episode. Amount of 50 levels.
For a Fun Episode: 20 levels

Well, Mario 1 has 32 levels, specifically 4 levels in 8 worlds. The Invasion 2 however includes roughly 52 levels excluding warps and bonus stages. I'd say around that much would be adequate. Really, just make as many as you please - Quality is always more important than quantity.

good amout of levels is 50-60 if normal episode and i add because i can 7-15 maps in one episode is good

Trying to fulfil an arbitrary level quota is the biggest mistake I've seen over here.

Have a look at the project subforum, and see how many dead projects that follow the typical 8 world structure. You don't want your project to join the graveyard.

So my answer is that any amount of levels is fine.

Focus on the quality of the levels rather than the quantity. If a episode has only 10 levels, all those levels are great, then it's a great episode.

As many levels as you can make, it's a matter of quality over quantity and keeping your project in a steady direction. A higher number of levels will require more work due to revisiting your levels, risks of scope creep, etc. Don't push yourself into making a 120+ level episode

Most Mario games, official or not, have about 40 to 60 levels, and that number has increased with time. I think Mario 3D World has like 100 stages.

However, how many levels you should make ultimately boils down to personal choice and your personal design philosophy. You could make like 20 levels but make them very long of full of all kinds of secrets, or make it like Mario 3 where you have a ton of levels that are not terribly long but are still pretty solid design wise.
