URGENT BLOCK REPLACEMENT GRAPHIC HELP!

GUYS I TRIED TEXIT GRAPHIC REPLACEMENT FOR ONLY ONE LEVEL PURELY MADE FOR GRAPHIC TESTING BUT FOR SOME REASON THE GRAPHIC FOLDER REPLACEMENTS ENDED UP ON THE CORE GRAPHICS FOLDER AND I CAN'T MAKE IT RETOURN TO IT'S ORIGINAL STATE!

i'm assuming you just saved over the wrong file by accident in an image editor program or something. if there's no place for you to find the original graphic (if it was a graphic from another mario game you might just be able to find it online and put it back in there) your main course of action is just to back up your "worlds" folder and do a reinstall of the game.

(also, do refrain from typing in all caps, it makes the text harder on the eyes)

i tried replacing the brick texture from smb1 16 bit with the og 8 bit one.
