CPU's don't work that way.
CPU's run off their core power, graphics chip and motherboard. All the important stuff. The space is just a statistic to show how much you have before it's full. Shouldn't affect speed.

RAM (in your screenshot, Memoria) is just how much you can do at once. Let's say for example you could run a small gaming server with around 128MB.

My laptop's specs that I use for internet browsing and casual gaming:
Intel Core i5 2.7GHz (3.1GHz turbo boost)
Intel HD Graphics 4000 with 512MB video memory (it's not good but it get's the job done)
4GB DDR3 Ram (3.5GB usable)
500GB internal HDD
1TB external HDD
Some shitty 'gaming' mouse I got from Ebay for dirt cheap
Plays every game I want to play on it on at lowest settings with a decent framerate.

Unless you do video editing or animating, that's overkill if you're the only one who uses the computer mainly.

^ this
16GB of RAM is way too much
1TB of storage is like perfect though, 500GB is enough but its better to have the extra.
