This is my other project,
SMB3 Deluxe.
(use smbx2 for it. My file extensions are .lvlx)

There are 9 Worlds,

Here is an answer: I used Paint.NET. <BAM>

Plus, if you have this problem, you can just create an alternate block called "block-m" Lets say you use paint to edit "block-1". Just copy it, use the paint bucket to to fill the entire image with black (except for the white part), and save it as "block-1m". That will fix the problem. To my knowledge, it works fine, as long as you do it properly.

maybe yes, but worse to use like, i can't rotate with goot quality, this is very important
